Baked Australian Russet Wedges Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

3 lbs Russet potatoes, cut into wedges

1/4 cup canola oil

1 1/2 tablespoons salt

1 1/2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon granulated garlic

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 220°C

2. Boil raw potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Add the potatoes until they're soft.

3. Drain. Place in a large bowl. Set aside.

4. Whisk together the oil, salt, paprika, garlic, and pepper.

5. Drizzle the potatoes with seasoned oil.

6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp.

7. Serve w/ sour cream and sweet chili sauce.
