INGREDIENTS:

4 cups blueberries

1 cup sugar

½ cup water

½ teaspoon lemon juice

½ tsp cinnamon

2 cups flour

¼ cup sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup milk

INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Place in Oven (275ªC) for 20 minutes

  3. Once baked cut into squares
